CD REVIEW: Circus

Circus is the sixth studio album of the pop superstar Britney Spears. This is a follow-up to Blackout, her comback album that was released October 2007.

Circus sounds more like Blackout but the beats and melodies on each songs are more detailed and radio friendly. Danja and Bloodshy & Avant, Guy Sigsworth, Dr. Luke and Max Martin are some of the producers who colaborated with this project.

Lead single of the album, "Womanizer" went from 98-1 and has added Britney in Billboard Hot 100's history. "Womanizer" is Britney's 2nd song to reach #1 in Hot 100 after "Hit Me Baby, One More Time, thanks for the downloads. The video showcases Britney's signature dance move and many compares the video with her Toxic video.

It was announced on Britney's official website that the second single is Circus, a track produced by Dr. Luke and sounds like a Madonna track.

To promote the album, MTV aired a special documentary called Britney:For the Record that features singer's comeback.

If you are a Britney fan, this is an album that you can add to your collection.
